A lot of things have changed since Mike joined the company in 1996. As Vice President of Operations, Mike oversaw GT’s transition to flow manufacturing and more effective use of Open Book Management (OBM). He has since established himself as a key contributor to heavy-duty industry associations, including the HDMA Heavy Duty Business Forum.
