Driving Directions

GT Development utilizes multiple facilities in the greater Seattle area. One facility is located in Tukwila, a south Seattle neighborhood conveniently close to SeaTac airport, I-5, and I-405. There you will find GT's Engineering facility.

A second facility, approximately 20 minutes to the south, is GT's Manufacturing facility. Located in Auburn WA, this 80,000 square foot facility supports GT's assembly, warehousing, purchasing, scheduling, production engineering, quality, and other functions that support operations. GT's Administration offices are also located at the Auburn facility.

Directions from Sea-Tac International Airport:

• Follow exit signs to freeways; take Hwy. 518 East to I-405.
• Take W. Valley Hwy. Exit (Exit No. 1), and turn left (north) on Interurban Ave.
• Drive north approx. 0.5 miles on Interurban; turn right on 144th for the Engineering Facility.

• Follow exit signs to freeways: take Hwy 518 east to I-405.
• Take I-405 north. Take exit 2 to WA-167, then travel 10 miles south to Auburn.
• Take 15th St NW exit.
• Turn left onto 15th St NW.
• Turn right onto C Street NW.
• Turn right at 425 C Street.
